The right latch on my 1520 is squeaky (and seems unstable) every time I close and open it. Has anyone else had this problem, and has Dell been able to fix this?

As far as I know the spring is working, it just seems like the plasticis making the noise.

It doesn't sound serious to me. But if it really bothers you, call and tell Dell about it, and ask if they can troubleshoot your problem.
