I'm looking to purchase either the Latitude D820 or Precision M65 and wanted to get some information on Service Plans.
I currently have an Inspiron 5000 and a Dimension 4100 desktop. The only times I have called for support it's been due to hardware problems. Wait time at times have been long 15-30 minutes.
Will the On-Site Economy plan result in better response or is it the same? Would I have to purchase the Business Standard Plan which includes their Gold Technical Support to get better response?
