    Latitude D820 - Loose battery and squeaky palm rest?

    Hi everyone. Long time lurker, first time poster.

    I recently purchased a Latitude D820. I'm very happy with it in general. The battery (9 cell) does not fit well however. It shifts and jiggles whenever you move the unit, or if it's in you lap. Also, the right palm rest area squeaks pretty much whenever its touched.

    Does anyone else have either of these issues with their Latitude? Just wondering if I should try for an exchange or just deal with it.
