    Hi all,

    I was just wondering if anyone out there has received a Latitude D820 in the last week or so. If so, when was the order placed? I'm curious because it took Dell about 2 weeks to even start pulling parts for my order. I'd just like to see if anyone else out there has received a D820 recently so I can complain and try to get some sort of discount for them being so slow to process my order.

    you can just call and complain. don't worry about other customers' orders. YOU are the customer and it's important that YOU are happy, so if you're not, then call up and let them know. you may get upgraded to overnight or something like that.
