My new Latitude D830's LCD makes some annoying noise (i.e fluorescent lamp noise) if I change its brightness. If the brightness is set to its maximum, there is no noise. But if I change it to be less bright, I can hear the annoying noise. It's very annoying so I called to Dell for exchange.
Because it is a brand new machine, so I just wonder if D830 normally has this problem or not (as some sort of original design issue).
Is anyone have the same problem?
