Latitude: Simple questions about dell's coupon, warrenty

HEy guys...i am looking for Dell D430 for my dad i have a couple of questions. He lives in dubai and i will be sending it to him from texas

1) Is international warrenty included in the the standard 3 year warrenty?

2) I know dell small business very often releases coupone such as $300 of $1499 and above...etc....i didnt find a coupone that currently valid....i am thinking of waiting until a coupon shows up...how often do they release such coupons?

3) there are good deals on refurbished D430...what are ur thoughts about refurbised units?

 

Standard 3 year warranty doesn't come with global coverage. There's an additional charge for international warranty. You'll need to purchase the on-site next business day warranty.

Not sure about the coupons since they change every 2 weeks or so.

Why buy in USA?

 

Because...there dell and Hp only sell the consumer line of laptop. dad wants something that has docking capabilities........
