I have a Lattitude D620 from work that does not have internal Bluetooth, it is possible to add an internal BT module?

Yes it is possible. Why not just get a dongle?

Yes, you can add an internal module which you can buy off of ebay or from Dell's spare parts. You can go with the USB dongle option, but if you are going to be using BT 24/7, I would just bit the bullet and buy the internal module so you don't have to deal with the hassle of USB.
