I am looking at a Dell laptop, possibly the 600M, but I notice that I can configure an Inspiron 600 or a Lattitude (sp?) 600. The problem is, I can't really discern the difference between the 2 and I can configure them to be very similar.
Can anyone help me understand the difference between the 2 lines?
TIA

In Canada, we pay tax regardless.

the build quality and casing on the Latitude is slightly better, although the internals are really the same. Usually a longer warranty comes with the Latitude as well. If you can get them for the same price, go with the Latitude. Careful though, you pay taxes when buying through the Dell Small Business site where the Latitude can be purchased whereas when purchasing a Dell Inspiron through Dell Home you will not pay taxes unless you're in TX, TN or CA.

latitude is a buisness model
