    Hello,
Can someone help me? My main battery is in "IDLE" position, is not charging anymore. From the DELL website I found that the maximum number of cycles charging-discharging is 300. Can someone tell if he encounterd something similar or I must suppose there is an internal failure inside of battery?
    Thanks.

Your battery should last about 2 years. If your battery is less than 1 year old, you can call Dell and it should be covered under warranty.
