Does anyone else of this issue? There's like a hissing or ticking sound coming from the left ventilation. It's quite annoying. Has anyone fixed it?

If it's a high-pitched sound, then RMclock will do the trick (just search "whine rmclock" to find it on the forums)

If it's just a ticking sound I think you're hearing the hard drive while Vista indexes itself. But I may be wrong.

Try reinstalling vista if it's the hard drive.
