    Getting Dell CD's?...

I'm guessing that you are talking about MediaDirect, Drivers, Roxio, and Media Experience... I'm just taking a wild guess that you are using an Inspirion.

Well, If you are trying to get those CD's you must either chat with Tech support (by either going to support.dell.com and click chat) or you must call up Dell and ask them to send you the CD's.

The only way to get the cds is to contact Dell. They don't have them available online because of the license agreements with all of these companies. The easiest is to use chat and talk with tech support. If you talk to order support or some other area, you'll probably have trouble trying to get the discs, so make sure to talk to tech support.
