There was a problem with my hard disk and dell was supposed to send me a new one. When it arrived, it came with a new processor. I didn't realize that I had to install a new cpu but I've decided to anyway. To replace it, do I have to remove the enitre bottom casing of the laptop? If I do, what is the best way to snap it out of place without breaking anything? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you had a problem with your harddrive, that has nothing to do with your CPU. I think they sent you the wrong part.
Call Them, and explain the issue.
Did you get a new HDD as well with it?
If you would still like to know, see here...

Holy crap that's a lot of work to get to the processor on that model.
My Studio 1535 has spoiled me. I take off the bottom panel, and that's it. The thermal assembly and processor are right there. -
Yes, Dell has sent the hard drive too. Thank you for this guide you posted though. It is just what I needed! -
But, your Welcome. -
HOLY ****!
It really sucks when you have a simple problem.
