    Locking up HELP please

    I've had this 1764 for about 9 months and the past 3 months starting having problems with it. I'm running windows 7 that came with it. And internet explorer 8. After the unit boot up and I use a link or start IE a blank window pops up and says connecting forever. If I'm lucky I can start another and it will be all right but most of the times NO.

    If another window starts she'll work find but I can never shut down the one that's blank. Some times I can get task manager to close it but some time the laptop will shute it self down or go into a blue screen. But most of the times it just reboots.
