Hi all - when I try to access my current system configuration information on the dell website, I get a messge that some thing needs to be downloaded but then it never actually loads. Justs says "Downloading/verifying the Dell System Profiler plug-in..." When I click on any of the options to see details(general info, processor, memory etc) I get an error on page message in the lower left corner of the screen. I did input my system service tag and the other 2 tabs show accurate but mostly incomprehensible info (a list of dell part numbers that mean nothing to me). I know I should put this question to dell support but thought I would liekly get a quicker response here![]()
also, one piece of info I was hoping to get from the sys config tab is which mfg made my screen. any hints for getting that in the computer itself?
thanks in advance

I am not sure why my post got moved - my main question was not addressed at all (why I cannot get the dell sys config info via their online support page) but neither was the other thread helpful. I was able to look up the monitor id but still have no clue who made my screen . . .
Looking for help with dell online sys config
