I ordered a 640m with a intel integrated 950gm card on the board.
I reformmated the hd, and now when I stick in the drivers disc, the driver that comes up is for a 915gm, and gives and error when trying to install, saying 'corrupted'.

Where Can i get the rgiht driver? :(
    Link?

I recommend installing the Intel driver (from Intel site instead of the DELL branded driver) for the graphics card. Because they are updated more frequently and has more features than the customized DELL driver. If you install the DELL driver first then you can not upgrade with an Intel driver later, because DELL puts some sort of a lock on the VGA driver, only way to get around this is to reinstall Windows.

    Intel driver for Windows XP/2000
    Intel Driver for Vista 32bit
    Intel Driver for Vista 64bit

    Intel Download page

For the rest of the devices DELL branded drivers are ok. you can find them at the DELL support site by following lmark84l's link

The driver disc is useless, the ones for both my E1510 and M1210 did not contain the drivers for either machine. Follow the above posts and you'll be fine, its better to download the drivers after a format anyway as even if the drivers were correct on the disc, they would be out of date, drivers evolve on a regualr basis, doubley so right now with vistas arrival on the scene.
