How many people have given up on the new XPS coming out and finally decided to buy a different notebook? I know I have but I'm just trying to figure out how many people approximately gave up waiting on these phantom Studio XPS.

I have, I was waiting for the XPS 1530 refresh for months, then decided to buy a Vaio FW instead and it's awesome.

The Government is dropping VAT from 17.5% to 15% here in the UK as of tomorrow, so Dell UK are going to find themselves in quite the predicament given that hardware is on my Christmas List. :)

I was checking out a couple of Sony 13's in John Lewis only yesterday. So shiny... so tempted.
