My old faithful Dell Inspiron 6000 15.4ws vs The New Hottness 13.3ws

The 9 Cell really props the back of the M1330 up

Notice the HUGE gap for air flow on the M1330

Yeah less 'realestate' 1680x1050 vs 1280x800

Oh I'm such a ballah :spot:

I'm getting 6.5 hours on "2 clicks from full brightness" and Dell's recommend power settings.

I like the 9 cell mainly because it props the back up which A) gives better keyboard angle and B) better airflow. The extra hour+ vs a 6 cell is just icing in my eyes since we'll leave the thing plugged in 90% of the time.

I'm having NO problems getting used to the 13.3 inch screen size wise. I have a 24 in the office, so I thought I would have troubles adjusting to something so "small" but it's not hard at all.

Oh and the XPS is a WHISPER compared to the constant hair dryer noise of the i6000!!! The XPS has like 4 fan settings. @ 1 which it is on for casual surfing it's very easy to forget about it. @ 2 when it reads HDs and starts to process more it's a bit more noticeable but not bad AT ALL. However, @ 3 and 4 (I only noticed this when playing WoW) it's a friggen hair dryer :( So don't go expecting to play mid-high end games silently :(

All said though I'm REALLY digging my new toy :)
