    that is only an ok deal. i would lower the processor and up the ram/hard drive and get rid of one battery.

    So...im in the market right now and have been thinking hard about an inspiron 1720...it was a $325 now its up to $425 off.

    Tell me this:

    Is NOW the right now to buy what im looking at or should i keep waiting?

    i highly doubt it will get to much better than it is right now.. unless you are awaiting the newer intel chips due out in late jan .. id say grab one the whole 1720 price list is down now.. i seriously would have tried another if they had this just over a week ago instead of what i bought could have saved me over 650$ total for everything the same minus a 8700gt card.. i am thinking hard about buying one for the desk at home .... even though i hate dell
