I mean honestly. Does it's taking me over 30+Minutes to get in touch with a dell customer service member and I am still on the phone!

Saving 200 on a system is not worth it sometimes...

Anybody else having any issues with these guys?

Ha yeah. Was on hold for 1hr 20 min over the weekend to change something on my order. Ended up mowing the lawn at the same time :)

    defeated the system.

Last night I wanted to add something to my order, was on hold for 40 min, put on speaker, then went to make dinner, then i hear someone yelling HELLO HELLO, ARE YOU THERE.. and i was like WTF.. then I realized

When I got my 2nd delay, which said I needed to call to keep the order alive, I was on hold for 2 hours, 30 minutes. Finally, a Dell rep -CALLED ME- on my cell while I was on hold on my other line, so I hung up the phone-on-hold.

Then that del rep (on my cell) told me she wasnt able to do the "confirmation/keep building" thing and that I still needed to call the other number. Ugh. Why the heck not? I called back, but gave up after another 30 minutes, and just emailed.
