m1330 4Gb memory, T8300 processor, Invidia 128 graphics, 62 Gb ssd, Led screen.
All Windows Experience over 5 except graphics for Windows Aero = 4.1 and gaming graphics = 4.8.
I understand that this test is not accurate but it seems low. Tests were run on high performance.

    Any ideas?

For the last time Windows Experience Index is a waste of time

Do not use it as a benchmark. It just plain sucks. There's nothing wrong with your score.

Thats a normal WEI score for the 128mb 8400GS Card. What driver version you using?
