I have an m1210, and it currently idles around 55 celcius. And sometimes if I'm doing some pretty intense graphic processing or whatever it can go over 90. Should I send it back for a heatsink replace?

If it is going over 85c under load I would send it back.

55c while idle is about normal.

I'm not 100% sure what is standard but running my Vostro 1500, I'm currently idling about 37-40 degrees Celsius and it can go up to the 80s when running some pretty intensive programs but that's just for me so I dunno... hope this helps.
