Just got rid of Vista and reinstalled XP Pro. I installed the Logitech drivers and software from the Dell Support site, but I have two issues.

    1. The quality of the picture that the webcam produces is significantly worse than in Vista. At all resolutions, there is an extreme amount of noise. The noise is present both on the screen when viewing whatever the webcam is looking at AND in the saved picture files. Does anybody have experience with this or know what's going on? I was really impressed with the webcam's performance in Vista, but now it looks worse than my old Lego Mindstorm plastic-lensed vga webcam. GRAINY!

    2. The webcam gets very warm. I never noticed this in Vista, but under XP the webcam gets REALLY hot when it's NOT running. I imagine that it must be using valuable battery power because it really is burning up. Suggestions?
