Is there a significant difference in battery life on systems with and without the AV package on the M1210? I ask this particularly because of the apparent heat problems I heard associated with the webcam. Or has the heat problem been resolved?

    Thanks for any help!

when u use it, it gets hot, its not a surprise as its stated in the manual.

When you dont use it, its warm, but so is the rest of the computer.

If you are worried about saving 5 minutes of battery power, over getting the webcam, then you probably dont need the webcam that bad.
