Hey everybody, when I start my notebook the dreamscene in the background is not animated. It is just a still of it. But if I go into Ctrl panel and select the same dream it begins to work normally. Has anyone come across this issue?

Edit: Solved. Anyone having this issue needs to go into the power scheme that they are using, scroll down to windows dreamscene and change their plan to high performance.
