    Hi,

I have an XPS M1330 and the material the lid is made of gets dirty so easily. To make matters worse, it's really difficult to clean. Anyone have any ideas on how to clean it? It looks like it'd absorb water easily which would be a bad thing.

Also, do the touch sensitive buttons scratch easily? I really want to peel off the plastic coating but will retain it if the row of touch sensitive buttons scratch as easily as the old iPod nanos.

    Thanks in advance!

    1) There are already countless threads about "How do I clean my laptop" etc. Try searching and you should find the answers.

    2) I have the m1330 as well, and I can't see them getting scratched unless you plan on laying something across your keyboard on top of the buttons.

<50% concentration of isopropyl alcohol in water works perfectly for the lid.
