    Hi,

I have a M1330 with the Intel X3100 integrated graphics. I'm trying to output to an HDTV using HDMI. The native resolution of the TV is 1366x768, but that option is not listed in my choices for the monitor in the Intel Graphics Settings app. Is there any way to force this resolution?

    Thanks!

None of the video cards I've used have been able to output at 1366x768, but they are able to output at 1360x768. I've been using that resolution on my HDTV (Samsung R8 32"), and it is pixelmapping it to the TV. You should try that resolution as it may pixelmap it to the TV.

I know two tools which give you the possibility to define custom resolutions.
    Powerstrip and DTD Calculator.
There is a good thread at AVS forums about the DTD tool:

But the problem might be your TV not your Laptop. My Vizio 37 inch only accepts CE resolutions through HDMI (1920x1080, 1280x720, 720x480...). You can't run it with it's native resolution through HDMI. It's no problem to run the native resolution through the VGA port.
Apparently the hdmi chip only supports these CE resolutions, the VGA chip is more flexible.
