I love my M1330 it's a perfect laptop targeted to my needs, but what dispponted me is the very bad assembly and material of the laptop specially the LCD back cover, it looks like a cheap laptop really,
    dell are really stupid,
in 3days ive lost the metal logo of DELL and XPS! because it wasnt glued good?

is there any company that sells better lookin covers for the laptop? moded covers or anything like that?

you can get laptop "skins" which is like a big sticker for the laptop lid.

Ask for a replacement. Yep.. I'm in the skins are tacky club. I personally think my M1330's crimson red cover is its best looking part...

+1 instead of skins, I opted for the invisible shield from 'best skins ever.' I already have it pre-cut and I am waiting for my replacement crimson M1330 to put it on.

I had the crimson red lid originally, but didn't care for it. It seemed kind of half-baked as far as the paint job goes (if you look at it with the lid closed and at an angle you can see blotchy spots, at least my first 2 replacements were like that).

Since then I have gone to the tuxedo black and I think it looks really sharp!
