I seriously need help on this issue. I have had an XPS M1330 since September 2007. It was a pretty great laptop until I dropped it and damaged the LCD and other assorted things. Luckily I have accidental damage protection. Anyway, I contacted Dell and they said they would pull the laptop to the Depot to get it fixed. After 2 weeks of waiting for my laptop to come back, it came back without the LCD replaced. So I talked to Dell again. This time they sent a tech to replace the LCD, but not the right parts to replace the bezel. Plus, my LCD would flicker constantly on the left side. So I talked to dell AGAIN and the tech came out to fix it the next day. Now I have a screen with dead pixels in the left corner, and a whole area in the center of my screen with washed out horizontal lines of light pixels.
So I talked to Dell again today and said I just want my notebook replaced. I can't afford to stay home any more and wait for a tech, or wait another 2 weeks for my laptop to come back because I use it for college. I was elevated to a supervisor who told me all they could do was send the tech out again. Now I'm waiting for his supervisor to call me "sometime in the next 48 hours." What do I DO? What should I say to him, etc. I have been nice to all of the support reps I have encountered, and I just want my problem fixed for good.
Thanks to everyone for this!

With this program , you can only elevate it as high as possible and have patience.
Insist that YOU NEED the laptop fixed ASAP and that you paid for the warranty for this exact reason. Be calm about it, but ferm. -

Well I sure hope my problem gets fixx0red....haha. Thanks for the replies! The Dell supervisor is supposed to call me sometime today.
*edit* Well the Dell supervisor just called and is sending the tech out again to replace the LCD. I really hope it gets fixed this time - but if not, then what do I do? -

I emailed the executive email addresses (Executive Email Carpet Bomb) and the next day an executive support guy called me back. Now I'm getting a replacement laptop.
