Hey Guys,
So I received an email from my Customer Support Representative today (very nice lady by the way) and she gave me some info on when my M1330 is expected to ship.
The ship date in my email is listed as August 22nd (8/22). Today, in her email, she told me that she spoke to the manufacturing department and told me about how there were delays and such and that the estimated ship date for my order was between August 3rd and August 5th (8/3 - 8/5). She also told me she'd update me if anything changed or once the order status changed.
So, it seems that we may be able to expect our orders earlier than what was originally emailed to us; at least I hope so.
I'm not sure how well this would generalize to guys in the USA but I imagine that other Canadians could expect similar results.
I'm going to say that this information is a lot more reliable than what you might get from the web page or from conversations with other reps. a) She has taken the time to keep me updated and this was emailed to me several days after our original conversation. It wasn't something she pulled off the top of her head. b) She sounded very concerned and willing to help. She didn't seem to just want to brush me off and move on. Finally, c) It also passes the "sounds reasonable" test![]()
Hope this helps, or at least gives some of you a glimmer of hope![]()
