Hi guys,
I am looking at getting this, but i don't know which one to go with. Money is not an issue and I do realize am running 32-bit vista so i won't be able to read all 4gb. But hopefully it increases some performace. vista is slowing down like crazy.

Those are way too expensive.
Go here http://shop3.outpost.com/category/O...ry/Memory/Notebook+Memory?accipterAreaString=
Frys/Outpost is a very reputable seller.
Avoid TigerDirect/Compusa in the future. -
thanks!
hopefully i will see some improvement! -
Either should be fine but I've had a bad experience with defective memory with OCZ. Any maker could have the problem though
-
installed ocz into my 1330 w/o a problem

Yup I've got 4GB of OCZ in my M1330 no problems whatsoever

Brand really doesn't matter. As long as the specs fit your needs, then it should be fine.

I recently purchased an OCZ 4gig (2x1gb) kit from fry's and I had to return it because it was causing a lot of stability problems and freezing. When running the diagnostic tests, it would fail on the last test. I purchased the PQI 4gig kit instead and it is working perfectly.

Check Frys, NewEgg or ClubIT for RAM. It should be about $60 with or without some rebates for 4 GB of RAM for the M133O. Even with 32-bit, you'll still see 3.5 GB of that, so it's well worth it, IMHO.
M1330 memory - PNY or OCZ?
