Either should be fine but I've had a bad experience with defective memory with OCZ. Any maker could have the problem though

Brand really doesn't matter. As long as the specs fit your needs, then it should be fine.

I recently purchased an OCZ 4gig (2x1gb) kit from fry's and I had to return it because it was causing a lot of stability problems and freezing. When running the diagnostic tests, it would fail on the last test. I purchased the PQI 4gig kit instead and it is working perfectly.

Check Frys, NewEgg or ClubIT for RAM. It should be about $60 with or without some rebates for 4 GB of RAM for the M133O. Even with 32-bit, you'll still see 3.5 GB of that, so it's well worth it, IMHO.
