Hi! Well, I want to ask you about something that i don't know if it's a problem or not.

I recently bought a Dell XPS M1330 with LED and nvidia 8400 graphics card. The notebook is awesome, except playing movies; I notice that quality of the divx files is smaller compared to my desktop and other old notebooks (like inspiron 6400).
I don't know if it's the screen (i doubt cause anything not divx looks fantastic), the GPU or the drivers (i tried with different of them, from Dell and laptopvideo2go, but the problem persist).

Anyone has the same problem? Or is something that can't be resolved?

    Thanks in advance!

Yes, the movies looks more pixelated when i watch them in the notebook. And i don't think is the resolution, cause I tried in other notebooks with the same 1280x800.

PS: I forgot to say that i'm using the latest codec from KLite pack, and Windows Vista Home Premium.

I have no problems with DivX content on my m1330.

I'm using an actual registered version of DivX however. Might want try installing it instead of the KLite pack (I never trust codec packs).

check the divx settings? i know you can adjust the processor use which is related to the pixelation.

Hi! I don't found that option, do you know where is it?

By the way, i realize that i'm having the same problem with Xvid files, and DVD's. What drivers version are you using?

    Thank you very much!

Hi Matt sorry for not answering later, I was on vacation.

Now I'm using Klite codec pack, but I also tried with the DivX original codec with the same results.

I also have now the Nvidia drivers from Windows Update cause that from LaptopVideo2Go didn't make any better.

    Regards and happy new year!
