    M1330 power on issue

    I actually noticed this the first time I received it. When I first start it up, I see each media key briefly light up and then nothing happens, the screen stayed blank for a while before green verticle lines start showing up on the screen.

    This happens everytime I turn it on after having it powered off long enough. Sometimes the screen just stay blank.

    It looks as if the BIOS is somehow corrupted, but it's not, because I've updated it to A06 and everytime this happens, I simply do ctrl + alt + del and Dell's boot screen appears.

    I wonder if anyone has seen anything similar, it be best to find a fix for this, I really don't want to replace this machine because the build quality is acceptable to me apart from the uneven base.
