I'm having a problem switching input language on Visa Ultimate on my UK M1330

I have English UK installed as default language and the seconde language is Thai(Thailand)

now I've set my system locale to Thai and
I've set the input langauge key to "Grave Accent"

Everythings seem to be work just fine, except when I hit the "@" key (the @ key on uk keyboard layout is between ";" semicolon and "#" hash)

Everytime I hit the @ key it change my input language to Thai but if I hit it again nothing happen, now I can't type "@" key if I set it to Grave accent"

    Can anyone help me??

    Thank you very much.
