I finally received my M1330 today after 2 weeks of waiting.

I want to install XP but I can't get the network to work.
    What am I doing wrong?

I did just like the guides say:
    - Wiped out all partitions from the XP installer
    - Made a 25 GB partition for XP leaving the rest as is.
    - Used nLite to slipstream the SATA drivers and installed XP
    - Installed the Intel INF drivers
    - Installed the nvidia drivers with the modified INF file

Everything is working perfectly so far.
    - In the Device Manager there are 2 yellow question marks. One for "Ethernet Controller" and one for "Network Controller".
After I install "Broadcom 59XX 10100 Ethernet Controller Driver", the yellow Ethernet Controller questionmark dissapears.

But even though I install "Broadcom 59XX 10100 Ethernet Controller Utility" I can't get rid of the yellow questionmark for "Network Controller"

I've tried reinstalling XP twice now thinking I messed something up but it just won't dissapear.

The funny thing is, I can see my other computers in the network but I can't access the Internet.

    Has anyone experienced this???

I'm using the drivers adviced from the M1330 XP installation guide at:

    Any advice will be appreciated!

The remaining network controller should be your wireless adapter. Install this for the Intel 4965AGN/3945ABG adapter.

    How are you accessing internet : Wired/Wireless , router/modem ?

    PhoenixFx, thank you.

I unplugged my router for a few minutes and restarted the computer and it helped! There must have been something weird going on with the router!

    Gotta love wireless routers!

They seem to need a kick in the rear (ie reboot) every so often :)
