Can anyone tell me if i will recieve more discount if i order the xps m1330 over the phone than ordering over the internet.

I have configured the laptop online and recieve £50 off with the current offer and with a 5% coupon code i get £52.82 off.

So a total saving of £102.82

does anyone know if i would get more discount using the phone

    or

Has anyone got any dell email address's for contacts that would be able to give money off.

    Any help would be great.

You probably can. Just tell the agent what price you can get online and usually they'll try to beat it (if not, call back and try a different agent). Worst case is you get the same discounts, but definitely worth a try.

It's worth a try. I didn't have to wait long to get through and then the sales person called me back. You can always go back to your internet configuration if the sales person can't give you a better deal. The real advantage of talking to a person is to get a configuration that isn't available on line.

In my case I wanted to downgrade the £849 option to the Intel X3100. This isn't available online. The sales person offered about £30 off but I pointed out that the upgrade was £70 (or whatever) so he agreed to downgrade the same amount. And I got a second 6 cell battery for £17. If you think that you might ever need a dial-up connection, remember to ask for the £0 USB modem.

It is worth asking. If it is not available and you emphasise that it is the CPU you really want (good balance of price and performance) then you might get a good price on the T7500.
