    Hello all,

The webcam on top of my led screen keeps randomly flashing it's blue light for no reason, like it's turning itself on and off at random. Sometimes when it happens the the Dell Webcam Manager window pops up on the desktop. However, the Webcam still seems to work okay. Moving the Laptop screen (opening and closing the lid) also sometimes makes the blue light flash.
The Webcam Manager Window will sometimes (more often than not) pop up immediately after start up or after waking up from sleep.

Does this happen to anyone else? Is it a driver problem or maybe a hardware problem?

Any advice would be appreciated. :)

Edit: I forgot to mention when this happens some I get the "This device can run faster" USB2.0 message.
