    M140 beeping.

    Just curious about what, if anything, this means. Its very random but every once and awhile my M140 will beep. One beep, very long (between 2 and 3 seconds). I have no stability issues, everything is running just fine.

    Checkout the Beep codes here but I suggest to run a test using the Diagnostic Utility by Dell to see if you'll get any error code.

    Sorry for the delay.. had some stuff to deal with. I've run the Dell utility (full) and everything was fine. I used to be heavy into overclocking so I ran most of the stability prog's I used to run.. toast, memtest86 and so on... not a single problem. It's still randomly beeping though but nothing seems to be wrong.

    Maranello, we do not have any beep with the m140.

    If I were you I would do something like call Dell

    I think you should solve that problem
