    M1530 - anyone else got a battery that's loose a one end

    Those that have the M1530 with the 9-Cell battery, is it loose at one end as in the following pics?

    Looking at the laptop from the front, the battery is held in well on the right side but the left side is loose.

    The battery does however work fine. just wondered if this was a common design fault or something that can be rectified.

    I have this too, but i dont mind really. It does work properly and if you push it inwards under the left side it becomes like normal again

    I think all 1530 are like this. Mines does the same thing but it doesn't really bother me

    Mine is also like this but as long as it works I wouldn't worry ;)

    Mine is completely tight. I had to install it a couple times and really shove it in to get it tight.
