I just bought an m1530 but it came with a much bigger 90w power adapter. Since I travel alot, I was thinking about using a 65W power adapter I have laying around. Will there be any problem using the 65W? I am running 2.4ghz with 8600GT

Don't do intensive gaming (anything intensive) when using the 65w adapter, your system will probably crash. But I'm not sure how much power the laptop uses so who knows, it might be fine. Call up Dell and ask.

The M1330 uses a 65W adapter, so I think it's best to use the 90W one on the M1530.

I have the 65w adapter with my system. 6 months and no problems, everything is perfect even with intensive gaming and a usb laptop cooler plugged in.
