    M1530 Adapter Plug for Notebook End Is A Bit Loose?

    Is this normal?
    It feels like it could easily break, and it feels a bit loose.

    I assume you're referring to the power adapter plug which connects to your laptop...

    I have an m1330 and the plug is slightly loose on mine as well. I wouldn't worry about it.

    Mine is the same ...doesn't take much to pull it out..but so far it hasn't ...

    Mine is loose too and doesn't push all the way into the outlet. (Another fine hardware design by Dell.)

    Mine is loose, too. It's probably a "standard" feature.

    Mine is somewhat loose. But I like that. If someone accidentally trips over the power cord, the plug should pull out rather than yank the computer to the floor. Like a version of Apple's Magsafe connector. :D
