Alright so this is being typed from my M1530, I ordered it late Friday night after Dell had closed basicaly and well, it arrived in just 3 buisness days! Meanwhile the shipping info said the earliest date it would arrive would be today, (a day later) with it coming Monday the latest, so Im happy about that..
However, on a money saving note, my computer didnt come with LOTR as it stated it would and Ive read a few people stating they got $75 back when they failed to put LOTR back on, who do I ask to speak to if this is true? Customer service?
Also, and finally, my computer was registered "Scratch and Dent" and honestly I cant find a damn scratch on any part of the laptop, so hooray!

congrats. I have bought several Desktops from the outlet center and most always look brand new. As far as the credit, call customer service and explain to them whats going on and ask them what can they do. If you get a rep who seems clueless or is unwilling to help, just say thank you for your time and hang to get a different rep. What ever you do don't yell at them. Most of time it does no good.

Call Customer Care, and let them know that you didn't receive LOTR ~ and ask them what they are going to do for youWill they ship it to you? Will they compensate somehow?
If it was on your order form, then they should've shipped it, and it's their errorGood luck

The nice thing about the Outlet is that they do ship out on Saturdays if you order Friday evening. As for not including everything it said it would, just call them up and tell them to send it out or give you a credit. They are pretty easy to work with in these regards.
