    Well, even though my tracking # still isnt on the website (says shipped 3/20), I called and the rep had it. Not in DHL's system yet, so its probably shipping today, not yesterday, and I should recieve it Monday.

    Dell said they upgraded my shipping to NDA but when i called DHL they told me it was being shipped ground.
    This sucks

    In reality, boxing only takes a couple of seconds/minutes; but, Dell includes the transit time from the manufacturing facility to Nashville (if you are in the US) in their "boxing" stage.

    Request a copy of your invoice, either online, or with a rep. Once you recieve it (it takes a little while), your service tag will be at the bottom of the invoice.

    It seems many of us are getting the computer on the 24th. Same here. Called Dell on the 20th, computer was sent the same day.
    DHL Next day, was not a next day, according to DHL agent.
    Anyways... it's coming... :)
