    Hi all,

New owner of the M1530 (first dell lappy), and I'm unsure of how the power adapter plug fitting supposed to be, but here's my observations.

I'm used to my old IBM T41 lappy power plug, which fits into the laptop perfectly and securely. However as opposed to Dell M1530, it is loosely fit not much resistant or doesn't take much force to come loose when pulled.

I could only think of a reason why it is "loosely fit" or "Un-snugly fit" (bad english) :D, so when tripped on the wire it won't pull the whole machine.

Are there any m1530 owner experiencing the same problem? Or am I just being paranoided.

    Thanks

I'm experiencing the same thing, yes, notice that, ..."thing", its not a problem... people, cats, dogs, wheelchairs and michael jackson tend to trip on laptop power chords, so, its a bit on the "loose" side, not THAT lose either though, k?
