under my bios i have whats called Maintenace and under there i have Load Defults settings. and it saids.... Load the factory defult values for all setup fields, overwrtting any changes you may have made...

does this mean if i flash my go 7800gtx to 435c/ 1200 which i dont have any problem what so ever. does that takes it to defult clock?

just incase i have to send it to dell i would like to send it on the defult setting..

No, it won't. It sets your BIOS to defaults. However, when you OC the card, you are changing the CARD's BIOS. So the only way to change it back is to flash it again

Dell can't tell that you changed your card's BIOS, nor will they even check. Just flash it back to 400/1000 and it will be like you never touched it :)

Providing you haven't damaged it beyond the point of working in which case you won't be able to flash it back. They want the warranty stuff back for a reason, so they can pick it apart and see what went wrong, or because they already know what people are doing to make things go wrong and thus forth know what to look for. Overclocking isn't going to fry the BIOS on your GPU, the part your going to possibly fry in doing so will leave you unable to flash the BIOS back before sending it in so your plan has faults.

It's highly unlikely your going to fry anything though, otherwise everyone else would be frying their own systems and the word would be out. Your risk is if something even non related to overclocking goes wrong, they have the excuse at hand to void your warranty and probably will.
