    M1730 - 8700M or 8800M GTX SLI ???

    Ive just purchased a M1730 (spec in sig).
    I had to purchase before Xmas so couldnt wait for the 8800m GPUs. Im not very good with GPU knowledge so have a question!

    After some further research its stated that the 8800m GPUs will have more then twice the power of the current 8700m GPUs that come with the M1730.

    Here are some Benchmark tests.

    Ive also heard rumours that the 8800m GPU will be available for the M1730 in an SLI configuration, and that if this is true it will bring the notebook up to almost high end desktop standards.

    Has the 8800m SLI card been announced for the M1730?
    If so does anyone have any further information on it?? I'd be very tempted to upgrade........
