Is it possible to take advantage of the 330W AC adapter? Or even using the docking station and the build in plug at the same time? probably won't need more than 240W anyways, just doing research for upcoming project

Both methods work? (Plugging in a AC adapter to the dock and plug on the laptop and a 330W charger) And if so, dual 330Ws?

One 240W adapter is enough to run the dock and the M6700. Using a 330W adaptor might give it more juice than required but not really required in your case.

I don't think plugging an AC adaptor in both the dock and M6700 (when it is docked) will work. Dual 330Ws don't work that way.
