"May cause future delay" already considered in ESD?

I ordered the spring green laptop 7/31. My ESD is 8/27 (Yes, I just missed the 8/28). I assumed that the 16 day delay is already taken into account for the ESD. Is that right? Or can I expect further delays?

I believe the delays are taken into account for the ESD because they show the longest delay option in the pop-up screen while you're ordering... But there have been people who have had their laptops further delayed because of other parts not being available and a slew of other issues... What are your specs?

I still haven't got a good reason or how long the processor delay is, I keep asking dell and they throw free stuff at me, I don't mind, but I still want to know whats going on

On the actual website (and I'm not saying it's accurate) it shows nothing about a processor delay, just the colors, the graphic card, and recently the Next-Gen wireless card... I'd say the estimate probably has that figured in, although if they're waiting for processors, I have no idea how long that would take. I know my ESD matches up with the delays that were listed as of 8/13... the Jet Black lid and the graphic card...
