I've followed the guide on how to properly reinstall XP and restore MediaDirect, but I can't watch DVD from Media Center. It told me that my decoder is not installed, how do I go about fixing that?

I had the same problem when I reinstalled MCE - you've got to go and download Cyberlink's DVD Trial version from Download.com. Install it, and the player should work fine.
