    Media buttons on 9300

    I was wondering if there was any way to program the buttons to work with a program like winamp. Thanks.

    The media buttons already work with a slew of software titles. If you mean making the play button open Winamp instead of Dell's software, that can be done too. When you normally hold the play/pause button, it will open Dell's MediaPlay software. If you want it to open Winamp you will have to do quite a few things. It all involves editing the registry. I don't remember the procedures but I looked at doing it once, it wasn't worth the effort.

    If you are just wanting the media buttons to work with winamp (not open it, but can be use as the controller), open winamp --> options--> preferences--> enable global hotkeys.
