    Hi,
The issue is caused by M$ ergo keyboard software.
The software hijacked my laptop keyboard.
Symptom: Fn+F10/11/12 originally could control my media player(not main stream, TTPlayer)
After installed the software, these three keys wouldn't control my media player anymore.
Tonight I uninstalled the software BUT the keys still couldn't function.
Anyone has any idea to restore the functional keys?
    Thanks in advance. :D
